Automated School Time Table Management System

The project was to implement an automated school management system. System consist of two parts.

•  Scheduling the time table for term.

•  Making the calendar

For the technical implementation below technologies were used

•  NET Framework

• C# Language
  

This management system can access fully by the administrator. The logging function only enables 3 times per user at one times. If there will be a fourth attempt automatically system will closed to the user. Although there is an option to change the password.

 

 

The calendar contain every holidays in a year.  Also the user can change the dates and add holidays.
The system has two different views.

• Administrative view
• Casual user view 

Only the administrative view gives the ability to make changes to the system. There are several bells ring in the system. Starting bell, period bell, interval bell and meeting bell. In religion group there are religious observations to school starting time and for ending time.

Purpose of making this kind of software is to fully automate the school management to prevent current drawbacks of the school system.
